1. Laiwu steel structure installation requirements

2. Laiwu steel structure foundation and supporting surface, installation and verification requirements
1) The positioning axis, foundation axis and elevation, and anchor bolts of the real estate shall meet the requirements (elevation 3mm, exposed length of anchor bolts light steel 20mm, national standard 30mm).
2) The deformation of the components and the peeling of the coating caused by the transportation, disassembly and hoisting of the steel components should be corrected and repaired.
3) Marks such as the centerline and elevation datum point of major components such as steel columns should be complete.
4) When the steel truss (beam) is installed on the concrete column, the deviation of the center of its support relative to the positioning axis is not more than 10mm. When a large concrete roof panel is used, the spacing deviation of the steel truss (beam) or beam) is not more than 10mm.
5) The surface of the steel member should be clean, and the main surface of the structure should be free from scratches, sediment and other dirt.
6) Check whether the steel structure platform, steel ladder, railing, etc. meet the national standards.

3. Laiwu steel structure roof panel installation requirements
1) The laying of steel plates should pay attention to the perennial wind direction, and the lap joint of the plate rib should be back-to-back with the perennial wind direction.
2) There is only one reinforcing rib between the steel plates to fix the big side on the small side.
3) The steel plate on the roof is bent about 80 degrees to form a water barrier, and the gutter is bent 10 degrees to form a drip line.
4) Leave a gap of about 20~50mm between the two inclined steel plates on the roof, and insert the bending tool. This gap is neither large nor small, and the pressure plate protrudes from the gutter by about 100~150mm.
5) Fix the tapping nails on the steel plate and the purlin vertically, align with the center of the purlin, make sutures or hanging threads before nailing, and nail them on a straight line.
6) Roof one-heavy construction method: When the wire mesh is used, the wire mesh is laid straight and the purlins at both ends are nailed to minimize the intermediate deflection.
7) Roof single-layer method) When stainless steel wire is added with aluminum foil, the two-way wire is straightened into a square, and the size error of the stainless steel wire spacing should not exceed 20mm. The laying of the aluminum foil should be straightened, and the sides of the aluminum foil should be fixed with double-sided tape to overlap by 50~100mm, and the ends of the aluminum foil should overlap the main house.
8) For every 5~6 steel plates installed, check the flatness at both ends of the plates so that they can be laid in parallel. If there is an error, adjust it immediately.
9) When the 60 belt buckle is installed, the installation position of the fixed seat is uniform, and the color steel plate is installed correctly, which can ensure effective cooperation.
10) When the roof panel is discharged, the upper end is fixed with screws to prevent the color panel from falling along the main house.
11) The installation of purlins ensures that the roof is flat. The purlin system installation process needs to be inspected before the profiled steel plate installation can be carried out.
4. Pressure plate installation requirements
1) The pressing plate, the rubberized template, the square plate, etc. are firmly fixed, the anti-corrosion coating and sealing material are well laid, and the number and spacing of the connecting pieces meet the design and national standards.
2) The support for the pressure plate is reliably lapped.
3) The installation of the pressure plate should be flat and straight, there is no construction residue and dirt on the surface of the plate, and the lower end of the wall should be straight. Do not drill untreated wrong holes.
